First engagement: The Selection

Second commitment: Preparation & Control

At least 12 inspection points, and sometimes more depending on the used car’s label. Each machine undergoes bodywork, mechanical, and aesthetic preparation by specialized technicians. Upon delivery of your machine, an inspection will be carried out with the customer to ensure that the machine is in compliance.

Third commitment: Guarantees

  • Each machine offered benefits from a 12-month to 24-month warranty depending on the model, year, mileage, etc. The majority of the machine’s components are covered, such as the engine, suspensions, cooling system, gearbox, braking system, casings, axles, power supply, air conditioning, steering, electrical and electronic components. Etc.
  • As our horse vans and refrigerated trailers are new, you also benefit from a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty.

Fourth commitment: The SATISFIED OR REFUNDED option

In the case of a remote purchase, the deadline is 14 days from the delivery date, in accordance with the legal warranty in force. In accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale, the customer may not exceed a mileage exceeding 1,000 km. In this case, a mileage penalty will be applied.
