FREE DELIVERY :

 Delivery times:

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the product ordered:

  • Order processing time  : 1 to 2 working days
  • Products in stock  : dispatch within 3 to 7 working days
  • Average delivery time in Europe  :between  5 and 15 working days

You will be informed by email at each stage (confirmation, shipping, delivery).

Upon receipt of your order, please check its condition before signing the delivery note. In case of damage or irregularities, we recommend that you make a written note on the delivery note and contact us within 48 hours. We strive to meet the indicated delivery times, but delays beyond our control (bad weather, strikes, customs) may occur. In this case, we will inform you immediately.

The products offered for sale are those described on the website. The company strives to present accurate descriptions and photographs, but variations may exist.

4. Orders :

The customer can place an order via the website. Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. The seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a dispute with the customer.

5. Price :

Prices are indicated in EURO (€) inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges. LMECA TRACTOR reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

6. Payment :

Payment is made online using the following secure methods: (Bank transfer and credit card). The order is considered complete once payment has been confirmed.

7. Delivery :

Orders are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer. Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the carrier. In the event of a delay, MECA TRACTOR undertakes to take the necessary steps.

8. Right of withdrawal :

In accordance with the legislation of Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. The right of withdrawal applies to all of our products (agricultural machinery, mini-excavators, refrigerated trailers, horse trailers), provided that the goods have not been used, damaged, or personalized.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision in writing (by email or registered mail) within the specified timeframe. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, unless there is an error on our part or the product is defective.

9. Returns and Refunds :

In case of withdrawal, the products must be returned in their original condition. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

10. Guarantees :

At MECA TRACTOR, customer satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer a quality guarantee on all our products. In accordance with current legislation, all our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 to L.217-20 of the Consumer Code), valid for 2 years from the date of receipt of the product .

11. Personal data :

The personal data collected is used solely for order processing and customer relations. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act (GDPR), the customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.

12. Intellectual property :

All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, etc.) are the exclusive property of MECA TRACTOR . Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.

13. Applicable law and disputes :

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action. Failing this, the competent court will be that of the seller’s registered office.
